We capture the personal recollections of our armed service veterans

so their legacy of bravery, sacrifice and suffering can live on.

Our Process

Legasee film interviews with Veterans of military conflict on hi-definition cameras for the benefit of future generations. In addition to being a valuable educational resource, each film is a special celebration of an individuals character and bravery and a permanent record of their life.

We are caring, respectful and professional in the way we work.

“My Granddad, Brian Bird was interviewed about his time in the RAF and I know he thoroughly enjoyed talking about his experiences. I wanted to say thank you.

Kirsty Erridge

How we do it

Legasee film all our interviews on Hi Definition cameras to broadcast standard so that our interviews will stand the test of time both visually and audibly. Our volunteer interviewers work alone and are members of the Oral History Society. Their skill is to help each veteran talk candidly and comfortably about their military experiences. Each recorded interview is then transcribed and available to view in full, via our free to access website.

Do you have a relative or friend who has distinguished themselves during wartime?

Maybe you have a young soldier as a son or daughter, or, brother or sister, who has recently served in the forces? Perhaps your parents or grandparents are ageing and you would like to ensure that a part of their life is captured for your own family to remember them by. Legasee is the perfect way to honour their courage and determination, and to record a piece of history that will last forever.
